Drain Cleaning

Mc Elvaney’s Jet Vac unit combines a very powerful vacuum with a high pressure water jetting system. It is equipped with state of the art technology, jet heads and has the capabilities to jet drains at pressures of up to 3000 PSI (200 Bar). Specially engineered nozzles create inverted water jets which drive the jetting hose up the drain while removing all dirt and dry scaling in the drain.

Our highly trained and experienced staff will assess the problem on arriving on site and will apply the required methods necessary to leave your drains 100% operational.

Mc Elvaney's have the capability to deal with all types and sizes of jobs from removing septic tank waste from households, to removing waste water treatment sludge from satellite water treatment plants.

Septic Tank Waste

For efficient and optimal operation a domestic septic tank or bio-cycle should be emptied on a regular annual basis. Mc Elvaney’s can organise discounted service contracts/Routines to empty septic tank waste within a set period agreed with the customer.

Mc Elvaney’s have the capabilities to remove septic tank waste from difficult positions and can access septic tanks of distances up to approximately 50 metres from access areas.

Tanks will be emptied efficiently and the drains leading to the tank will be jetted clean. This leaves the tank, adjacent area and drains free from waste and odour.

Approved disposal dockets will be given to the customer for their personal records.

Grease Trap waste.

Mc Elvaney’s Waste remove grease trap waste from in line underground grease traps. Grease is removed and transported to the nearest licensed site for recovery via the composting process. Service can be arranged outside business hours for customer convenience.
